- In case the work has already commenced, no cancellation request will be entertained.
- In the event of a cancellation before the commencement of work, a refund will be provided to the customer within 7 business days.
2. Refund Policy
- We provide refunds only in cases where the work has not commenced and the customer has requested a cancellation.
- No refund will be provided in cases where the work has already commenced.
- In case the customer is not satisfied with our service, they can request a revision or a redo of the work. We will work with the customer to resolve the issue and ensure their satisfaction.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
